1. Acceptance of the terms
By accessing and using the xDomenii website, as well as by creating an account, submitting an offer, publishing a domain or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accepted these conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of services
xDomenii is an online platform dedicated to listing, promoting, parking and trading domain names. The platform can offer functionalities such as: displaying available domains, presentation pages, bidding forms, shopping cart, online checkout, invoicing, customer panel, administration panel, DNS validation and traffic statistics for parked domains.
3. Eligibility and user account
To use certain functionalities, it is necessary to create an account. The user is obliged to provide correct, complete and updated data and to keep the authentication credentials confidential. The user is responsible for all actions carried out from his account.
4. The role of the platform
xDomenii can act either as a direct seller of domains or as a technical/commercial intermediary between the owner of a domain and the potential buyer, depending on the way in which the domain is listed. The platform does not automatically guarantee the completion of the transaction until the payment and, where applicable, the transfer of the domain are confirmed.
5. Domain Listing
Users who list domains on the platform declare and guarantee that they have the legal right to use, administer, sell or promote the respective domains. It is prohibited to list domains that infringe intellectual property rights, trademarks, trade names or other rights belonging to third parties.
6. Accuracy of information
Although we make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information displayed on the site is correct and up-to-date, we do not guarantee the absence of material errors, price, description, availability, WHOIS data or statistical data. We reserve the right to correct any errors at any time, without prior notice.
7. Prices and offers
The prices displayed on the platform are expressed in the currency indicated on the site and may represent fixed prices or indicative values. Sending an offer by the user does not oblige the seller or the platform to accept it. Acceptance of an offer produces commercial effects only after express confirmation on the platform and, where applicable, after payment.
8. Orders and Payments
Placing an order represents a firm intention to purchase, however the transaction is considered completed only after payment confirmation and internal validation of the order. Online payments may be processed through secure third-party providers, including Stripe. The user is responsible for providing correct and complete billing data.
9. Billing
Electronic invoices may be issued for services and products purchased through the platform, in accordance with the data provided by the customer. The user is responsible for the accuracy of billing data and for updating them before placing the order.
10. Domain Transfer
The transfer of a domain may depend on rules specific to the extension in question, the registrar, the registry, the domain status, the existence of authorization codes and the fulfillment of applicable administrative or technical conditions. xDomains cannot guarantee a universal fixed term for all transfers, as these also depend on the third parties involved.
11. Parked domains and associated content
For domains parked through the platform, the user is responsible for the legality of the use of the domain and for any materials, commercial messages or data published through the parking page. It is prohibited to use the platform for illegal, misleading, defamatory, abusive or infringing content.
12. Statistics, estimates and technical information
The platform may display traffic statistics, price estimates, DNS information, WHOIS information and other commercial or technical indicators. This data is informative and indicative and does not constitute guarantees regarding the real value, commercial performance or availability of a domain.
13. Prohibited Use
It is prohibited to use the platform for: fraud, phishing, spam, abusive scraping, unauthorized access, information attacks
