GDPR Information
This page briefly explains how xDomenii processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data („GDPR”).
1. Who processes the data
Your data is processed by Greathost Web SRL, with headquarters in Str. V. Goldis, 20, Alba Iulia, Alba, România, CUI 42858795, J01/751/2020, e-mail dpo@xdomenii.ro.
2. What categories of data can be processed?
ÎDepending on the interaction with the platform, we may process: identification data, contact data, billing data, company data, account data, offers and orders, technical connection information, IP addresses, user agents, activity logs and information regarding the use of parked pages or public forms.
3. ÎFor what purposes do we process the data?
The data can be processed for account administration, order execution, commercial offer management, issuing tax documents, customer support, security, fraud prevention, internal analysis, îimproving services and compliance with legal obligations.
4. What are the legal grounds?
The processing is carried out, as the case may be, based on the execution of the contract, legal obligations, legitimate interest or consent, where necessary.
5. To whom the data may be transmitted
The data may be transmitted to IT service providers, payment processors, e-mail services, accountants, consultants, public authorities and other partners involved in the legal and technical operation of the platform, strictly to the extent necessary.
6. How long do we keep the data?
The data is kept for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, during the contractual relationship, as well as subsequently, in accordance with legal obligations for archiving, accounting, defense of rights and dispute resolution.

According to the GDPR, you have the following rights, subject to the law:

- the right to rectify inaccurate data;
- the right to erasure of data (“right to be forgotten”);
- the right to restrict processing;
- the right to data portability;
- the right to object;
- the right to withdraw consent, where the processing is based on consent;
- the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
8. How to exercise your rights
To exercise your rights, you can send us a request to dpo@xdomenii.ro. We will respond within the time limit provided by law and may request additional information to verify your identity, if necessary.
9. Security and confidentiality
We apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data. Access to data is limited to persons and entities that need it for the legitimate purposes described above.
10. Data collected through parking pages and offer forms
ÎIn the case of interaction with parking pages, contact forms or offer forms, data such as name, email, bid amount, message sent, IP address and technical information associated with the session may be processed. This data is used to manage requests, track leads and carry out the commercial process.
11. Changes
We may update this GDPR information whenever necessary for legal compliance or to reflect changes in the platform. The updated version will be published on the website.
